What kind of service is provided by Simply Tutoring?
Simply Tutoring provides only education instruction.

What are the rules for a student to log in for a tutoring session at a scheduled time?

Simply Tutoring requires a parent to be at home when a student aged less then 15 years is doing a scheduled  online tutoring session.

Do parents need to sign a contract for Tutoring services?

No. Simply Tutoring does not require parents to sign a contract. 

How long are the Tutoring sessions?
Each tutoring session is 60 minutes. Many of our senior students request 90 mins or 120 mins sessions depending on their needs.

What happens if the assigned Tutor does not match with a student ?
Simply Tutoring matches Tutors with students based on their needs. If it does not work for some reason, we discuss with the existing Tutor and try to resolve the issue. However, if it doesn’t work at all, we will find another Tutor.

Can I cancel a tutoring session?
Simply Tutoring needs 48 hours notice to cancel a tutoring session. If a student wants to reschedule, you can let us know and we will try to reschedule it within the month.
*In case of cancellation without adequate notice or no show, the student will be charged for one hour.

What if a student is late for a session?

Session time is fixed. If a student is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The student will be charged for the full session.

What is expected of the Tutor and students in online sessions?
Simply Tutoring expects a conducive learning environment during each tutoring session.

What is the mode of payment?
We will email you the invoice at the end of each month. Simply Tutoring requires all payments to be in the form of  pre-authorized email transfer.
